Position Title:  Customer Service Manager

Reports To:  Director of Operations

 

 PURPOSE:

 

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:

·         8-10 years experience working/setting up field aftermarket support infrastructure

·         Degreed Engineer with a mechanical/electronics focus and strong technical background

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Results driven/self-starter

·         Recognize the impact of variances to scope, cost and schedule

·         P L management
