CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER CLEANING INDUSTRY Family company with over 20 years in the industry is seeking a person to manage a range of accounts from offices to schools. You do not need to be in the cleaning industry but cleaning experience is an advantage. People with experience in property management or sale representative experience are encouraged to apply. We are prepared to train the right person. Good computer skills are also an advantage. You will need to be flexible in your working hours as there are some early morning starts and some finishing after 5 pm. You will need to manage your time well. You will be a good communicator and organiser and able to train cleaning staff when necessary. You will be willing to roll your sleeves up and help on the job sites when necessary. You will also be responsible to employ our site staff. A network of Agencies has been developed and you will be assisted by the Director when needed. We are willing to arrange for formal training through TAFE and the like organisations to help with your career development.
