Functie
Purpose of the role:
- Maintain close contact with the retailers
- Manage projects cross divisional to increase the customer-satisfaction regarding to the Service of Samsung.
- Manage the after sales and service according to the rules and regulations of Samsung Electronics in order to ensure the best service to the customers and end users.
Responsibilities:
Quality improvements:
Communicate with customer service managers and call center manager to make an inventory of the quality improvements. Make corrective action plans together with customer service managers, call center manager, customers and dealers.
Service quality:
Manage service contracts and agreements
Strategic Development:
- Set up plans and projects to reach the goals
- Implement plans and projects from SEBN and HQ level to local (Dutch) level
- Review service agreements
Customer satisfaction:
- Create and innovate new service points
- Benchmark Samsung service performance
Decrease the turn around time
New legislation:
Analyze current state of Samsung policies and regulations in relation to the changes of the law
