Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Manager will oversee day to day operations of the banking center and teller staff, while following the bank policy for operations. This position will represent the bank in a manner that maintain and expand business relationships and enhance the bank?s image, contributing to its growth. This position will also provide excellent customer service in all customer interactions. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree is preferred. One year prior supervisory experience is required. One year of prior bank operations and cash handling experience is required. Successful candidates must have strong customer service skills, leadership skills and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this position.
