is looking for a dynamic individual
to manage our Customer Service Department.
The position manages 12 to 15 CSRs;
daily tracks, monitors and develops processes and procedures and works closely with sales and other depts.
A 4-year degree with 3+ years management experience in CS preferred. Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft software a must.
