Responsibilities

·         Responsible for managing a growing team of 12 customer service and technical service representatives

·         Collaborate with our technology team to implement CRM systems and develop service level metrics to measure our service

·         Create an environment that fosters teamwork and accountability

 

Qualifications

·         MBA or equivalent experience

·         3yrs+ of Management Experience

·         CRM implementation or call center experience a plus

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to influence and motivate others for positive behavior and results

·         Must be well organized and display ability to multitask
