Oticon Medical LLC, an emerging leader in the manufacture of advanced bone anchored hearing technology seeks a Customer Service Manager to join our Somerset, NJ facility.
The candidate will be responsible for the staffing, hiring, scheduling, training, skill development, supervision and coordination of all Customer Service Representatives. Monitors CS Reps for quality assurance, troubleshooting of client problems, complaints, and inquiries. Provides follow-up by phone, e-mail, or letter to ensure customer satisfaction. Assists with call center, and with implementation of new system products and technology. Candidate will be in charge of all customer service related issues at department and corporate level and will update company policies and procedures.
Bachelor Degree required as well as a minimum of five years of customer service at managerial level and excellent computer skills. MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Access is a plus. Requirements for this position include excellent interpersonal skills and resourcefulness to answer and resolve customer complaints and problems. Ability to handle multiple tasks while supervising the CS team. Must possess a high energy and be self motivated.
