Customer Service Manager Jobs Lancing

Due to expansion and changing customer needs, our client requires a Customer Service Manager to run a small team of Technical Advisers.
Working in flat structure, the ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge, and be focussed on delivering outstanding results.
Duties to include:
Managing, motivating and leading a team
Design and implement procedures
Track products and data to build reporting plans
Take ownership of complaints
Have overall responsibility for all customer queries and issues
Candidates must have:
A proven track record in managing a Customer Service team
Strong technical ability and awareness
Excellent problem solving and communications skills
A focus on delivering outstanding results for the customer
Ideally come from a manufacturing background
