Job Summary
To supervise the Customer Service team which provides first line support to customer trading and system functionality questions and issues, assists with new member connections and monitors the health of systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Supervision of the customer service team to provide new services and incident management service to members of the Exchange, plus general customer service to public
- Coordination with infrastructure team to resolve systems and network incidents
- Coordination with member access team to assist in member on boarding process
- Coordination with all other teams in the Exchange to provide customer service
- Working with project managers on ad-hoc projects
- Providing training to members
Job Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology or Finance discipline
- 5 - 6 years working experience in client service support, of which at least 2 years at management level with a financial institution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese and strong interpersonal skills
- Good project management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of futures options industry and knowledge of front- and mid-office applications used by customers
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills, the ability to work independently and multi-task under pressure
- Natural leader that can interact with various levels of management
- Knowledge of HP Service Manager application and ITIL certification would be preferred
- Has a good understanding of analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English plus good verbal communication in Mandarin
