Working Hours: Monday - Sunday shift patterns covering 5 days out of 7 including weekend shifts this is a late shift pattern 7am-11pm Please note ** training Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm first 5 weeks ** The ideal candidate will demonstrate: *Proven customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of different audiences *Good literacy and numeracy skills *Good keyboard skills *The appropriate level of competence when using computer software and applications *Efficiency in collecting detailed information from a wide range of sources, using relevant means *The ability to understand and use relevant processes and systems.
