Customer Service Officer

Our client, a national Public Sector service based in Central London, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Officer to act as the first point of business contact in a brand new position. Fielding up to 50/60 inbound calls every day, this position requires someone with an articulate telephone manner and customer-focused attitude in order to represent the Company in the best possible light.

Dealing with queries including application retrieval, licensing issues, general Website information and technical problems, our client are looking for a candidate with previous experience of handling difficult inbound calls (complaints ideally) and a high level of written English as part of the role will require you to respond to clients over email and letter form.

Due to the sensitive nature of the calls dealt with in this role, a Company-funded security check will need to be undertaken before any candidate can start in this position. This can take up to 8-10 weeks so interested candidates must be aware that a realistic start date for this position will be late July 2013.

Interviews are to take place the week commencing the 13th of May so any interested candidates are urged to apply at their earliest convenience.
