Customer Service Operator
Our Client is seeking a Customer Service Operator to join their busy and customer focused team within the Mansfield area.
The position will involve ordering equipment, managing emails, speaking to customer on the phone and processing data. The focus will be on providing outstanding customer service at all times.
The successful candidate will be motivated and efficient within their work with an excellent telephone manner and a attention to detail. They will have a good working knowledge of MS Office packages and experience within a customer service/call centre environment.
