Customer service. Client experience. Construction. This construction company is searching for a professional who can provide strong customer service as well as up-sell/ cross-sell where necessary so that the local client base has a full understanding of what this company offers. All you have to do is convince this client that you have the skills, experience, personality and professionalism to make them take you on permanently after 6 months working for them. This job is 90% inbound calls (taking orders, producing online quotes), some outbound calls (following up calls and providing quotes) and cross selling (NO cold calling but finding out if the client has additional equipment or accessory needs etc.). This company is in the construction business and needs someone who is strong enough to work in this environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience with a strong appreciation for the client’s experience when calling in with a query or an order. Previous construction/ plant experience is useful and will speed up the learning process, but strong customer service skills and a professional yet friendly manner are the most important elements.
