Client Services Representatives are customer service professionals responsible for providing service to our shareholders and financial planners throughout the country.
The primary responsibility is assisting callers with inquiries regarding their mutual fund accounts, which includes research and problem solving. Additional responsibilities include processing on-line account transactions, such as investments, redemptions, account maintenance and establishing new accounts, as well as contacting shareholders and brokers to clarify requests. No sales involved.
Qualifications
- Interest in learning about financial services as no prior industry experience is necessary
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and apply considerable amounts of information
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent PC/Internet skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
- Customer service in any industry preferred
