Leading Australian financial group, that values integrity, relationships and its people, requires dedicated inbound customer service consultants to join their team based in Melbourne CBD.
In this role you will provide end to end customer service for all personal, business and potential customers.
You will ensure that all customers receive the highest level of quality and professional service when providing information and resolving customer enquiries. A strong focus is on first call resolution and availability to talk to customers as scheduled. Opportunities for continuous improvement through training and development will be available to you along with the potential for gaining additional skill sets enabling you to progress in your role.
Knowledge of banking and finance is not necessary but it is imperative that that you have experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment. You must be extremely motivated; team focused and have a dynamic approach to delivering customer service.
This is a part time position requiring people to be available to start between 7:00am - 9:30am Monday - Friday.
