Job Description:
CSR/Admin Support Clerk
Summary of Primary Duties

Primary relief and backup to Receptionist in greeting visitors and answering telephone. Assist on other administrative duties. Operate within company policy and maintain complete integrity in all functions.

This individual will be trained as support for all CSR functions while on vacation, sick time etc.
This support includes but not limited to the following:
o Back up CSRs for all Beverages group of companies
o Back up hours are as needed:
1. 8:00am to 5:00pm
OR
2. 10:00am to 7:00pm
If a CSR opening should occur within the Beverages group of companies for either of the start/end times as outlined above, the CSR/Admin Support Clerk will be transferred into that position.

Primary Duties:

Assist with data/order entry/accounts receivable for CSR's on all shifts from 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am to 7:00pm, as needed
File Month End Reports
Telephone relief and backup to Receptionist:
o Greet visitors
o Answer incoming telephone lines
o Sort/process outgoing mail
o Break down/sort mail customer invoices
o Prepare/update weekly payroll time cards (every Friday)

Other back up duties as required:
o Duties of the Admin Assistant as required
o Process personnel changes for plant personnel as required
o Process/maintain BevPak weekly payroll as required
o Review the weekly payroll register as required
o Update weekly sick/attendance files
o File payroll edit reports
o Collect layoff insurance premiums as required
o Process workman's compensation as required
o Sort/file all computer generated reports
o Process sales expense reports (bi-weekly)
o Process employee sales (bi-monthly)
o Other duties as assigned
