Custom flat glass fabricator seeking Customer Service Rep.

Correctly and accurately enter orders and answer inquiries from customers. Keep customers informed regarding order status, pro-active sales, delivery status, technical information, production capabilities, some price quotes, general pricing information, and glass return information. Determines best method to transfer calls to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills, have self-motivation, ability to work independently and prioritize work in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to work closely with other team members. Strong computer and/or data entry experience necessary. Ability to read and perform mathematical calculations with numbers, fractions, and decimals normally acquired with experience and formal education. Attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
