Summary:

The Customer Service Representative assists customers (home buyers) in contacts for warranty service and house closings.  Also provides assistance to other employees in the day to day responsibilities of maintaining the overall production of the company. This is a full-time temporary position (maternity leave), but could become regular employment depending on needs of the business. 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·   Manage all warranty requests submitted by homeowners

·    Prepare and deliver home closing packages

·    Report monthly to insurance all new construction starts

·    Manage sold homes utility service transfer and cut-off lists

·    Facilitate the approval process of vendor quotes

·    Manage builder surveys and create report

·    Receive and file newly constructed home Certificates of Occupancy

·    Receive and file termite letters

·    Maintain and update home closings calendar

·    Prepare and send monthly newsletters

·    Receive and send invoices on special building projects

·    Manage and facilitate awards and recognitions

  Other duties as assigned.
