Our Client, a large bank located in Nashville, TN, has a year long opportunity for a customer service rep. This position offers full medical benefits and 401K.
The Customer Service rep will be responsible for handling complex inbound service calls from customers independently while looking for sales referral opportunities. Complex call may include questions and problems concerning escrow, payoffs and adjustable rate mortgages. Resolves customer problems and complaints.
