OCM is a national leader in its industry. OCM is currently seeking full-time Care Coordinators for its Parsippany, NJ based call center.
One Call Medical offers a full benefits package. The pay is $13.00 per hour. We offer a pay differential for Bilingual Spanish.
This position is responsible for the handling of all incoming and outgoing telephone calls related to scheduling patients for MRI's, CT's and EMG's at centers in the Company network, as ordered by physicians and received from various insurance companies, nurse case managers, employer's, doctor's or direct from the patient.
**Bilingual Candidates Preferred**
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School degree or G.E.D. is required.
At least one year of phone or customer service experience is required.
Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Outlook is required.
Must be able to type at least 25 wpm.
