This is a customer facing position that requires a professional who has the ability to manage competing priorities, multi-task efficiently and problem solve. Must be techno savvy with the ability to type quickly and handle multiple systems and applications. Office based position. This position interfaces with our customer base, manages cases throughout our process and delivers back to the customer. Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed. Applicants must be solution focused with critical thinking skills. Background in medical terminology a plus.
