The role:
To maintain the success of our Contact Centre, you will approach every call with an enthusiasm and determination which ensures that all conversations end in total customer satisfaction.
Using your effective communication skills, you will gauge your audience quickly, adapting your manner accordingly whilst using your data entry expertise to capture customer information or process orders.
By sharing your product knowledge and promotional offers, you will exceed customer expectations and promote add-on sales ensuring that you and your team deliver results which contribute to the further success and growth of Screwfix.
Person specifications:
A proven track record in delivering excellent service alongside stories of success in a sales driven and customer service orientated environment, you will have the drive and passion to remain motivated at all times.
You will demonstrate your ability to build long-lasting relationships with many stakeholders, both face-to-face and over the phone, display an eager persona which is always willing to help and resolve problems and sound computer skills to log important information.
Ultimately, we are looking for those with a passion for people, who are adaptable to change and who can deliver the best possible results.
