Job Overview:
RollEase Inc. a leader in the window treatment industry is looking to expand its customer service team. Customer Service representatives are extremely important team members and contribute to the quality of our customer relationships. This quality is priceless and has helped our organization to consistently grow over the last 30 years.
Job Requirements:
- MUST BE FLUENT IN BOTH ENGISH AND SPANISH (written and orally)
- Servicing customers by phone
- Writing and entering orders into the system
- Handling quotations
- Documenting return goods requests
- Following up on order status and shipments
- Managing time effectively, meeting personal goals, working effectively with other members of CSR team
- Must be located near our offices in Stamford, CT
Education and Relevant Experience:
· High School degree or equivalent
· 2-5 years experience in an office environment
· Detailed oriented
· Basic math and computer skills
· Well spoken with good phone skills
· Strong sense of urgency
· Team player
· Customer oriented
Compensation:
· $34K - $39K based on experience plus commission bonus program
