Customer Service Representative – Part-time or Full Time
The owner of Formula B is seeking a high quality, fashion-oriented individual to serve as a Customer Service Representative. Working in a small, congenial business environment where dress and professional appearance matters, this team member’s primary responsibility will be providing customer service support by responding to customers via email and over the phone, handling information requests, and supporting the Company’s online sales process. In direct support to the owner, additional responsibilities include performing miscellaneous reception and clerical functions such as answering the Company’s incoming calls, sending out packages, scheduling meetings, and communicating with business partners and vendors.
Priority Tasks
• Resolve customer complaints and answer customers' questions regarding Company policies.
• Manage work assignments including customer service, office, or administrative activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, correcting errors or problems.
• Provide Database Entry for customer service and administrative functions
• Independently handle difficult or complex problems and resolve escalated complaints or disputes, with backup support from the owner as needed
• Under the direction of the owner, implements corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards

Personalized Customer Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing personalized, professional customer services. This includes customer needs assessment and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Some college experience preferred. Two years or more experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
• Valid Driver's License, Living in the Galleria/Inner Loop Area preferred.
• Ability to work Part-time 3-4 days per week with alternating weeks as follows:
o Week A - Mon, Tue, Fri. Sat
o Week B - Wed, Thurs, Sun
• Alternatively, full-time work schedule is available for the right candidate.
• Hours - 8am-5pm
