Located just 5 minutes from the city, our client is a well-known brand in SA. They are currently seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join the General Enquiries team.

You will be responsible for the management resolution of customer enquiries and complaints for all business units, whilst adhering to the service standards in place. This will include providing telephone support services, response to customers written enquiries and providing explanations, processing of payments, preparation of information for performance reporting and promoting a high level of customer service at all times.
