Located just 5 minutes from the city, our client is a well-known brand in SA. They are currently seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join the General Enquiries team.
You will be responsible for the management resolution of customer enquiries and complaints for all business units, whilst adhering to the service standards in place. This will include providing telephone support services, response to customers written enquiries and providing explanations, processing of payments, preparation of information for performance reporting and promoting a high level of customer service at all times.
Others areas of your involvement will include:
- Proven experience in a Contact Centre environment
- Liaising with management in relation to complex and sensitive customer issues and taking ownership through to resolution
- Establish and maintain effective relationships, both on an internal and external basis
Highly developed skills in written and verbal communication - The ability to work to deadlines whilst using tolerance, understanding and excellence in the delivery of customer service
- A high level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Proven administration and organisational skills
- The ability to produce high quality, grammatically correct, detailed correspondence on a wide variety of matters relating to the business
- Demonstrated ability to use computers, in particular Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and customer database systems.
