Description:
Under the general direction of the Director of Set Lighting Grip Operations, this position is responsible for all aspects of day to day customer service and order management for the regional operation.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
*Acts as main point of contact between Paramount and all customers in the local region for set lighting and grip rentals
*Ensures all customer requests are dealt with in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, always maintaining a high level of service
*Responsible for creating rental proposals for review and approval by the Dir SLG Operations
*Manages the sourcing of sub-rental equipment from other company locations and vendors
*Creates all vendor sub rental contracts and tracks equipment through Paramount?s RTPro system
*Accountable for accurately entering approved orders in the rental software program (RTPro) and creating the rental contract always ensuring that RTPro policies and procedures are followed
*Develops detailed pull lists for warehouse staff to fill orders
*Responsible for double checking outbound orders to ensure accuracy
*Produces return lists and ensuring accurate count of returned equipment
*Ensures the timely return of sub rented equipment
*Responsible for the accuracy of rental inventory used at the regional location
*Interfaces with Corporate finance and accounting team to deliver accurate and timely feedback as requested
*Manages office telephone traffic, ensuring accurate and timely communication is maintained at all times
*Ensures all departmental policies and procedures are followed
*Ensures most efficient and effective use of company rental assets
*Advises immediate supervisor of any issues likely to affect the quality of service that we provide our customers
*Provides assistance to other company offices when necessary
*Participates in operational meetings as needed

Qualifications:
Basic qualifications:
*Minimum 5 years experience in the set lighting and grip industry
*Experience in customer service

Desired skills:
*Excellent organizational skills
*Proficient with Microsoft Office software
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, identify and address problems
*Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
