Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, scheduling of shipments and invoicing along with coordinating with other departments as needed to resolve inquires.
- Communication with customers by phone and email and be the first point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, availability, etc.
- Evaluation of customer satisfaction and provide necessary documentation of any customer inquiries or customer satisfaction issues.
- Build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assisting various department heads with multiple projects including development of PowerPoint presentations as well as other business reports.
- Purchase order processing including record keeping and tracking departmental expenses.
- Assisting department managers with follow-up communications with external contacts.
- Coordination of business meetings for all departments.
- Answering of general phone inquiries for the company.
- Ordering office supplies; distribution of company mail, as well as other office tasks as needs arise.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
