Customer Service Representative

Job Purpose:
Serves customers by explaining services; obtaining and recording customer information; preparing documents.

Duties:
* Explains financial services by answering inquiries; explaining requirements and warnings.

* Opens customer accounts by obtaining and verifying required information; inputting information into customer account database.

* Completes transactions by obtaining signatures; receiving and depositing funds; preparing documents.

* Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

* Maintains customer confidence by keeping account information confidential.

* Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

* Accomplishes bank mission by completing related results as needed.
