Working for a global organization in the FMCG industry, our client is seeking an experienced customer service officer that has knowledge of SAP and Excel. This organization has modern offices, fantastic culture and will offer career progression for the successful applicant. Located in North Ryde; Monday - Friday 7:30am -3:30pm (No work on weekends or National Public Holidays)
The successful applicant will have;
- An eye for detail
- A proactive 'can do' attitude
- Accurate data input (order entry and updating of spreadsheets, exporting data out of SAP into excel)
- Fantastic communications skills
- Reliability
The successful applicant will have the ability to:
- represent the team in team meetings
- multitask
- follow through on every order/issue in a timely manner

- Source the required information from multiple points
System requirements for this position:
- SAP Skills - intermediate
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel Skills (formula writing, graphs)
This is a small close-knit team in a Call Center/Customer Service environment. The team liaises on a daily basis with Supply Chain, National Business Managers, Brand Managers and Finance.
We are a team that manages all Warehouse orders so knowledge of TiHi's and Lead Times would be advantageous.
