Job Description: Local and established Insurance Agency looking for a Customer Service Representative who believes strongly that the "Customer is #1"!!! This CSR will have a critical role in the office, assisting multiple agents. Must have superb customer care skills, and exceptional computer skills. PC License or Health/Life Insurance License required. Excel and Outlook. Candidate must have a "service with a smile" attitude, patience, ability to prioritize and be able to multi-task.
