Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives will consistently provide superior customer service for our customers regarding products, services, processes and procedures. Our call center is located in our downtown Austin corporate headquarters.
This position is full-time temporary, with possible opportunity for conversion to regular employment.
We are currently seeking candidates fluent in English and Spanish.
Job Duties:
- Respond in a timely and courteous manner to inbound and outbound phone calls and to customer inquiries via emails, letter and/or fax.
- Support the company in a complete understanding of our client issues regarding billing and technical services; command thorough knowledge of all company products and services and departmental procedures; understand all procedures within all related areas of the department and company.
- Support customers with the information and materials requested in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter data and give information with high degree of integrity;
- Resolve customer incidents and account reconciliation issues;
- When appropriate, transfer customer to other departments/specialists using established guidelines.
- Generate prospecting opportunities during inbound and outbound calls for Sales Department.
Requirements:
- Must be conversational in Spanish.
- 1+ years experience in a customer service environment and experience in a high call volume environment, or have general customer service experience plus phone experience.
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills, customer service skills, and positive phone manner.
- Must be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-up skills.
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
