Customer Service Representative (Austria)

On behalf of our BSC partner we are looking for a

Customer Service Representative (Austria) - Budapest

Tasks:
- Main accountability for Sales Customer Service
- Handling incoming customer orders considering the guidelines of quality management
- Providing basic information to Account Managers for prospecting and offer generation
- Accountable for inputting and maintaining up-to-date customer data in the system
- Managing accounts together with accounting, checking credit limit adherence
- Handling of customer complaints
- Drawing up and treatment of credit items and debit advices

Requirements:
- University or College degree
- Fluent level of German and English language (both written and spoken)
- Good team player
- Good IT skills
