You're the main point of contact for our customers. So as well as having an interest in mobiles and all the technology that goes with them, you'll need to be good on the phone. That means combining a polite manner with razor-sharp efficiency - striking up a rapport with each caller as you solve a variety of queries and advise them on everything from GPRS to video messaging, apps to Wi-Fi.
Along with great communication skills and a commitment to putting the customer first, you'll need expert call handling skills, a tenacious personality and the ability to work as part of a high performing team. If you have previous experience in a contact centre environment, that's all the better.
