This positions is a field based postion responsible for the geographical areas of South East PA. Specific Responsibilties will include: Assist Corporate Contact Person with all phases of merchandising procedures including rack resets, retagging and store plan-o-graphing. 2. Assist with new store openings and reopening which includes coordinating rack set-up, organizing processes and procedures, attending grand opening of store and evaluating and adjusting orders after the opening. 3. Assist with the development and implementation of quarterly marketing and promotional plans. 4. Assist with new hire Customer Service Representative training process. Evaluate and perform follow up training with current Customer Service Representative staff to continuously improve merchandising and sales skills, and increase program sales. 5. Assist the Corporate Contact Person with any sales or marketing processes, corporate assigned projects, or Headquarter calls as needed. 6. Assist the Corporate Contact Person with completing any requested marketing surveys or competitive analysis. 7. Receive verbal and written complaints regarding service and/or product quality. Coordinate a resolution with other bakery departments. 8. Check-in with the Corporate Contact Person at end of the day to submit oral and written reports of activities, problems, training, new store openings, etc. Submit activity report weekly to the General the Corporate Contact Person so that the progress can be monitored and toward reaching established sales standards and objectives. Also report tentative schedule of activities for the upcoming week for review. Position Requirements High level of proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in key account customer relationship building and direct store delivery system. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and inter-personal skills.
