Position Summary

Besse Medical is a division of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, the national leader in pharmaceutical distribution. Besse Medical specializes in vaccine/injectable distribution to physician offices. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to work with our Customer Service team.

Our Customer Service Representatives begin with a competitive salary and work a 40-hour week with three days being 9:00 to 5:30, one day at 10:00 to 7:00, and Fridays are always 9:00-5:00 - that means no weekend work and no third shift.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position are to take in-bound calls from customers wishing to place orders for medical supplies. Additional responsibilities may include inside sales, account maintenance, the preparation of bids and quotes, and other related duties as assigned. Experience and Education Requirements

A minimum of six months of related experience, preferably in customer service or call center environment. Although not required, candidates with outbound experience, medical terminology, or bi-lingual ability are preferred. Education required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
