Employment Description:
• The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working with our client base to resolve billing, statement and other customer service related questions and inquiries.
• Under close supervision, the Customer Service Representative receives telephone calls focusing on answering customer inquiries, problem solving with a goal of first call resolution, and processing data entry request relative to customer information. Assesses customer needs and suggests or promotes alternative company products or services.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Customers with efficient and courteous service
• Research and resolve customer disputes and problems within established guidelines
• Works closely with other departments in problem resolution while maintaining ownership
• Accurately enters or confirms customer information into database; initiates and/or completes proper request forms for customers
• Exercises judgment in determining exceptions based on customer profile
• Operate standard office equipment; fax, personal computer, copy machine
• Resolves billing or service complaints and refers grievances to designated departments for investigation
