Summary of Job/ Position Description
The Customer Service Specialist participates as a member of the Customer Service team applying knowledge of the products and services, the multi-level marketing market, and commercial strategies to obtain business from new and existing distributors. The specialist provides communication and guidance to the distributors and assists in improving their selling and recruiting productivity. The specialist also maintains current knowledge of the market and provides input for the creation of marketing communications materials in support of the field’s efforts.

The specialist is responsible to complete all activities necessary for processing applications, monitoring back-office activities and managing the communications with the field in a timely fashion.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Support
• Listen, probe and gain clear understanding of customer problems and challenges
• Evaluate potential solutions for identified confirmed customer problems
• Prioritize solution options and describe strengths and weaknesses of different alternatives
• Support the sales people in development of personal business plans, sales or recruiting strategies, and financial justifications
• Assist in the development and delivery of customer presentations
• Attend events or tradeshows in support of the sales team
• Maintain a general understanding of the multi-level marketing industry, it’s unique issues, and decision making processes
• Maintain a detailed understanding of back office software tools
• Maintain a detailed understanding of the Distributor compensation plan
• Complete business analysis in support of ongoing sales and product improvements
• Complete out-bounding calling program to increase revenue growth
