Technical Support Representative

 

Job summary

 

Provide customer service and some technical assistance to customers over the telephone in the real estate industry using the company's web-based electronic lockbox system.  Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service through efficient trouble shooting and communication.

Summary of essential job functions

·         Answer phones and respond to customer requests.

·         Provide customers with product and service information.

·         Identify, research and resolve customer issues through both questioning techniques and through the use of "remote diagnostics".  Assists by giving correct resolutions in a clear, concise and courteous manner.

·         Complete support tickets documenting the call.             

·         Recognize, document and alert manager of trends in customer calls.

·         Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate level (both internal and external)

·         Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved

·         Other duties as assigned

Experience

Minimum requirement: one year telephone customer service experience.
