Customer Service Representative Job in Cleveland 44102, Ohio US

 

Terrific opportunity for a customer oriented individual ready to move ahead in a great career. As a Customer Service Representative for this growing company, you will be responsible to receive heavy volume of job orders from customers by telephone, e-mail, and/or work order software and actively listen in order to understand information being received, accurately enter job order information into applicable software program, research and resolve order inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner and other duties as needed.

 

Qualifications for this position are:

·         Three years of experience in a customer service position

·         Heavy telephone contact

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office

·         Degree from an accredited four-year college preferred

·         Graphic design background a plus

 

Work Schedule:  Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
