CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION Do you have a passion for resolving issues and customer care? One of Americas largest DIRECTV and ADT dealers is adding to its Escalation and Recovery team. We are looking for high level customer service professionals to diffuse escalations, recover potential cancellations, and work in a team environment with a common goal of giving our customers the attention they deserve.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Save potential cancellations • Resolve escalated issues for customers and technicians on the spot • Follow through with emails, call backs, voice mails, and other customer contacts to ensure all customers needs are addressed and resolved • Process and confirm new orders • Answer complaint, general, and technical calls

REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years successful experience in related field • Must have professional attitude and demeanor • Must be able to work independently and in a team • Must exude a high level of enthusiasm  • Must be able to lead others to a decision • Must be  computer savvy • Must follow companies policies, procedures, and training at all times
