Force 3 is currently searching for a detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join our band of talented folks. This is a Temporary position with potential to become permanent. Responsibilities and Expected Results
· Customer Support. Proactively Support customers both internal and external to enhance the customer experience and overall success. Assist customers in an effort to solve issues/problems related to orders. Provide order status updates and packing lists via email in spreadsheet format per customer request. Coordinate on-time deliveries with carriers and customers. Initiate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA’s) Update Customer delivery information in System Integrator’s data base.
· Relationship Building. Trusted post- sale support contact for Federal customers and system integrators. Leveraging relationships with already established vendor/manufacturer contacts to ensure customer needs are met. Establish direct relationships with a 20 person sales team supporting the DOD community. Point of reference for internal departments.
· Detail Oriented Focus. Manage assigned backorder. Enter shipping, tracking and ETA information into internal data base. Capture and provide maintenance contract information and period of performance.
What does Force 3 need from you?
· **Must be a US citizen and the ability to pass a background investigation**
· Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working for a Federal Services company. With a strong preference for prior experience within the Information Technology space. We will also consider a sharp entry level candidate with desire and passion for customer service.
