JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

The Wright Group, a leading global vitamin and mineral blending company, is currently accepting resumes for a fulltime Customer Service Representative. This person will be responsible for supporting the existing sales force and customer base. They will assist in maintaining the highest level of customer service provided by the company. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in customer service, excellent oral and written communication skills, be highly motivated, and be proficient in computers. Degreed individual would be preferred. The position includes full benefits, competitive salary, paid life health insurance, and a 401K-retirement plan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Receives inquiries via telephone, FAX, electronic mail, and correspondence about the company's products, equipment, and services.

·         Responds to inquiries verbally, or sends product or service materials to customer by most appropriate means.  Composes letters from standard responses, or prepares customized responses according to particular needs of the inquirer.

·         Elicits sufficient facts and details to clarify indefinite or obscurely stated requests.  Exerts maximum effort to provide information to requester; refers complex inquiries to Technical Service Rep. for assistance.

·         Obtains details on requests by customer or prospect to see a field sales representative, and refers request to appropriate sales office based on product need or geographical assignment.

·         Posts detail of request to data base to assist marketing department in determining marketing strategy.

·         Makes suggestions for information not covered in existing company literature which should be incorporated in future revisions of product instructions or technical manuals.

·         Attends trade shows and participates in company booth and presentations.

·         Assist when needed for general administration functions

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

·         High school diploma and 4-8 year of relevant work experience, including 3-5 years of customer service experience. Bachelors Degree a strong plus.

·         Must possess strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills.

·         Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

·         Must have the ability to operate in a constantly changing environment.

·         Must be flexible and ready to learn and accept new responsibilities.

·         Organizational skills necessary to follow through and select appropriate response.

·         Knowledge of vitamins and mineral manufacturing a plus.
