E.A. Sween Company is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1955. We are based in Eden Prairie where we make and distribute Deli Express sandwiches. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for the All Channel Sales Division. The basic schedule will be approximately 8:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. This is a full-time, 32 hour per week position with some flexibility of hours available.
This position will process and invoice orders, schedule and track shipments, help with customer deductions, provide customer service support to internal departments and external customers. Other general administrative support as necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Two years previous customer service experience required
• Shipping or transportation industry experience a plus
• Previous telephone experience
• ERP software experience preferred, JD Edwards helpful
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel and Word required
• Excellent math skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to input and interpret data
• Self directed and able to identify when additional research is necessary
• Strong desire to problem solve independently
