Customer Service Representative Job in Farmingdale 11704, New York US

ALCprecision has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative who will interface with our global customers and internal departments such as sales, shipping and accounts payable.  In this position you will serve customers by providing product, price and delivery information as needed.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

·         Provide telephone assistance

·         Enter purchase orders and set-up and maintain files

·         Review incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness

·         Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, etc.

·         Assist with special projects

 

Position requirements:

 

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related Customer Service experience

·         Bi-lingual German

·         0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service

·         Strong Customer Service skills: Listening, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking, Time Management

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary

·         Must be detail oriented

·         Proficient computer skills in MS Office 2010 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access) and ability to learn new programs

·         Interpersonal effectiveness with both customers and internal team members
