Customer Service Representative Job in Greenville, South Carolina Us

Position summary: Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering the inbound calls, processing orders and performing administrative duties for the Aftermarket department.

 

Position responsibilities:

Position responsibilities includes, answering a minimum of 110 inbound calls daily and provide customer service; writing up, processing, and performing order entry accurately, completely, and promptly; researching customer order information and responding as needed to inquiries; not limited to but including troubleshooting and resolution of customer complaints and order issues; performing SFA documentation, OMD updates and corrections; assisting department personnel as requested; including but not limited to: generating spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as well as processing drop shipments and documentation, among other related duties as requested by management.

 

 

Qualifications include:

Minimum

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year high-volume telephone operation

At least 1-2 years customer service experience

 

Preferred

Undergraduate Degree or Certificate in General Business
