Customer Service Representative
Randstad in conjunction with a Non for Profit company in the Northwest suburbs is in need of an outgoing, professional customer service representative with a passion for customer service. Candidates must be able to receive upward of 50 plus inbound calls and also be able to feel comfortable making outbound calls as needed. If you have a track of record of outstanding customer support we would love to put you to work!
Working hours: 8am-5pm
-Previous experience with all of the following:
-Working in a call center environment
-Ability to proactively resolve customers/vendors problems in a timely matter
-Great phone presence and upbeat attitude.
-Previous experience working in a high volume environment taking 50+ calls a day.
-Comfortable making outbound calls as needed.
-Ability to make add on sales on inbound customer service calls
-Proficiency with using Microsoft Office suite.
