Job Description:

Job Description : Bosch Rexroth is looking for a full time Customer
Service Representative at our Hoffman Estates, IL location. Duties
include but are not limited to: Enter return orders and issue
return goods authorization numbers for return of equipment for
repairs, warranty exchanges and credit returns. Quote spare rush
product, repair fees, deliveries and expedites. Coordinate and
schedule returned repair orders. Enter breakdown orders (orders
requiring shipment within 24 hours and after hours). Enter
non-conformance orders issued by the Quality department. Apply
organizational policies and adherence to department procedures.
Refer problems to Manager or Repair Supervisor for resolution.
Responsible for coverage of other AMS coordinator team members
where applicable. Job Requirements: Associate degree is required;
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Must have at least 2 years of
Customer Service experience. Other requirements: Excellent
communication skills both oral and verbal. Excellent telephone
technique. Organizational skills. Ability to work independently.
Positive attitude/professionalism. Accountability and
dependability. High level of teamwork. Ability to multi-task and
maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Good time
management skills. Commitment to customer satisfaction. Bosch is
