ResMed Sweden is now looking to appoint a
Customer Service Representative
You are a highly professional, results oriented, positive individual and team player who would like to make a difference. You will be part of the Swedish Customer Service team of three employees working closely with the Sales Marketing team to ensure customer service excellence. You will be handling customer orders, customer database and maintaining the web shop in Sweden. Your main areas of responsibilities will be;
· Receive and handle customer orders. This includes orders from our distributors in Denmark and Iceland.
· Handle incoming calls and mail from customers.
· Receive and transfer calls within the Swedish office.
· Keep customers up to date on all relevant order information.
· Stay updated on all ResMed products, prices, and article numbers.
· Manage interruptions in deliveries to customers.
· Handle orders to third part distributors for local stock.
· Debit and credit invoicing.
As part of the Swedish team you will be able to significantly impact the development of ResMed’s presence, and the overall treatment of patients in Sweden. As many patients with diabetes and heart failure (and other cardiovascular diseases) also suffer from sleep disordered breathing, experience from these therapy areas will be considered a key strength.
You must have:
• A desire to make a difference
• Min. 3-5 years experience in customer service and order management.
• A track record of successful results within customer service/order management.
• It’s desirable that you have worked in Oracle and with web shops.
• Good English and excellent Swedish, written and verbal, is a must.
You will report to the Customer Service Manager. The position is located in our new office in Kista – “
KistaOne”.
