Customer Service Representative Job in Lawrence, Massachusetts Us

Newark Paperboard Products is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for its Northeast Customer Service Center located in Lawrence, Ma. This position involves significant interaction via the telephone with our customers.  Major responsibilities in this position include:

·          Working with customers to schedule their order production and delivery

·          Resolving customer problems/issues

·          Data entry and maintaining accurate customer records

·          Interacting with production supervisors on scheduling and delivery

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years experience.  Candidates must have excellent Microsoft Office skills.  Knowledge of Oracle systems is preferred.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. College degree preferred.
