We have a great opportunity for an energetic and experienced Customer Service Representative! You will join a company that has been a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of personal care and beauty products. You must have experience in evaluating customer concerns and resolving problems to 100% customer satisfaction.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling calls, e-mail, fax, or written inquiries from customers, reps, field personnel and consumers regarding price, delivery, order placement, order status, product information, expedite action and required changes. Edits and processes orders received from customers, reps and field personnel and makes any necessary changes to facilitate shipments. Takes corrective action and processes replacement orders when necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Researches and resolves order discrepancies.
- Provide quality service to establish a long-term customer relation
- Accurately respond to questions and assist customers with product features
- Maintaining a professional appearance, behavior, and conduct
- Effectively work with peers in a team focused environment
- Confirmation follow-up on orders with sales reps and customers.
- Expedites order processing with various departments to meet customer's commitment date.
- Maintains current files on product literature, pricing, deals, and promotions to ensure correct prices and item numbers are applied on orders.
- Works with freight carriers regarding; customer shipments, refused, damaged, or lost merchandise.
- Reviews daily order status reports and takes appropriate action.
- Closes and invoices customer orders and coordinates needed documents for shipment.
- Assists the credit department in resolving disputes on invoices.

Desired Qualifications:
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and a problem-solver, all the while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Must be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); six-month related customer service experience and/or training preferred.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills a must.
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and multitasking skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills a plus.
- Two years minimum experience in international customer service
- Typing speed of 45wpm and above highly preferred. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
